Zacarías M. de la Riva, 2014, MovieScore Media
18 tracks, 54:11
Don’t you just love it when you find a score by a composer you’ve never heard of, for a film you don’t know… and it turns out to be one of the best things you heard all year?
PRESS RELEASE
It’s not film music, but Synchrotones is very excited about the debut album by Kiasmos – a new band made up off Olafur Arnalds (“Broadchurch“, “Gimme Shelter”) and Janus Rasmussen of the electronic band Bloodgroup. Their album, simply entitled “Kiasmos”, combines Arnalds’ ambient synths and dreamy piano chords with stylish beats and minimalistic electronica. It’s a chill out album with a bass; perfect after-party music. The album is released on the Erased Tapes Records label.
PRESS RELEASE
October 29, 2014 – Synchrotones’ Soundtrack Reviews has been accepted as one of the latest members to join the International Film Music Critics Association (IFMCA). Charlie Brigden (of Films On Wax) and Brendan G. Carroll (of the International Korngold Society) also joined the association.
